When Galbani asked me, and the team at Mensch, to convince Scandinavian housewives to buy more Italian cheese, we kind of knew instinctively that the way to do that was to inspire them.
Three bestselling books, a TV series and a whole raft of other spin-offs later and we can probably say that it has been a huge success.
On a personal level, it’s a project I’ve enjoyed immensely. The people I’ve worked with, the things I’ve learned along the way and not least, all the amazing food we get to eat every time we shoot. It’s been a joy.
